Wonderful service here so far breakfasts are good friendly staff even let me check in early after I’ve been flying all night long great to have good customer service at a hotel the pillows are extremely comfortable as well.

Wonderful hotel! Friendly service, amazing breakfast spread with hot and cold options(pre made omelettes, tiny milks, tiny yogurts, a waffle maker, biscuits and gravy, bacon, oatmeal, cereal, juice, eggs…), coffee & tea available at all hours in the lobby, comfortable beds and pillows, so much so that I ordered pillows off the Hampton site. I can’t wait until they arrive! Make sure you enjoy the town of Geneva during your stay. Lovely shops, lovely people.

Clean room, comfortable bed. They wash the Duvet after each guest, and tell you about it with a sticky note on the headboard! No dust to be seen. Breakfast in the morning fresh and hot. Will stay again if needed. Checked for BB, saw no evidence.

Ok, so this Hampton Inn is pretty standard but the 5 stars is for customer service… My corporate travel group booked me here and apparently they booked me in a smoking room as that was all they had left. The morning before I was supposed to check in, the manager at the hotel sent me an email warning me in advance. She let me know they were booked for the night and they didn’t have anything else available but if they had any cancellations, they’d move my reservation to a non smoking room. I emailed her back asking if there were any other Hilton properties in the area and she said there was a HGI or something but they were also booked. She then told me there was a Holiday Inn in the area that had non smoking rooms available and she even called for the rates! I decided to just stay in the Hampton Inn anyway. Smoking rooms are gross. I felt like I was trying to fall asleep in a bar. That’s not the managements fault, it’s my corporate travel group. So they booked me in a non smoking room for the 2nd night and that was much better. The whole time, the staff was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault and they tried to be as accommodating as possible

I recently stayed here for two nights while I was attending a conference at Pheasant Run Resort. I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality! My friend and I stayed in a room with two double beds. We both agree the beds were extremely comfortable. They came with three large soft pillows and a smaller bolster pillow. The sheets and duvet were white and the duvet was very warm. All of the furniture was dark wood and in very good condition. There was a microwave, large mini-fridge, and a small coffee maker. Also in the room was a decent sized flat screen TV, large desk, and lots of mirrors and outlets for getting ready in the morning. The windows had light blocking curtains which were heavenly because I like sleeping in pitch black. The bathroom had a beautiful«table style» sink with Kohler faucets. there was plenty of room for toiletries and they provided a few complimentary bottles of shampoo, etc. The towels were plentiful and the shower was hot with good water pressure. The rest of the hotel was very well kept and the complimentary breakfast was very extensive. There were some hot dishes such as eggs or breakfast casserole, as well as a waffle maker. They also served bagels, toast, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juice, and of course coffee. Everything was delicious and well stocked. The service was very friendly and check-in/out was quick and painless. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for adequately priced accommodations! Well done Hampton Inn!

We stayed here for a couple of nights to attend a family wedding in the area. Most of the family members from out of town stayed here and we felt so aken care of! We had several kids with us as a group(somewhere around 20 at varying ages up to 17) and alot of adults. Teri, the General Manager was terrific! George, who worked every evening was wonderful — very sweet and helpful. The place was clean and the bed super comfy. Our room was spacious and the price per night was reasonable. I will say that for future stays we will not use and go straight through the hotel. Dealing with them was a nightmare. This was a good stay!

Air works, noisy refrigerator(unplugging recommended), comfy beds, patience when checking in… When you’ve had a long day and you walk up to the front desk from outside with your luggage, and they ask if you are checking in, just say yes. When she tells you that she has to go check your room to see if it’s ready and it will be a few minutes please know that she’s not actually going to go anywhere, and she’ll have the answer for you about two seconds after you sit down.

5 stars for this wonderful hotel! Everything is perfect from the room amenities, décor and breakfast. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Wonderful, friendly staff. Love the warm cookies and coffee bar in the entrance area. I will definitely stay here again!

Probably the best Hampton Inn that I’ve stayed at. Very clean and new, which I love! More contemporary furniture and updated look as opposed to the other Hamptons. The continental breakfast is always great, but they didn’t serve hot breakfast during my stay. They did mention that they will be serving hot breakfast this coming October. The pool is nice, but a hot tub would have been nice. Otherwise this place is great!
