NO, i did NOT sign up for another year ! NO, This reply is a BIGLIE .I have told the truth about this service! The nerve of them to say my problem was rectified and that i signed up again ! This so called manager has NEVER come out to look at my lawn, and the«asst mgr» who i spoke to was of NO help. All he said was to give them another $ 250 and MAYBE my lawn would improve. IF anyone out there wants to come and see my lawn and see for yourself the results from Green T lawn care let me know. I just hope NOONE else gets ripped off by them !.

We can’t remember ever writing a bad review for any company, but we are sick about how our lawn looks this year. Aside from a few bare patches, our lawn has always looked really nice, but now it is a complete mess. The problem started last fall when we had Green T aerate and over-seed. After they did it, we were surprised(based on past experience with other companies) that we didn’t see many plugs lying around the yard, nor did we see much grass seed on the few bare spots we had in the yard at the time. We should have complained then, but we assumed they were the experts and we let it go. This year, we had them fertilize and apply crabgrass pre-emergent and other treatments. Despite all of that expense, we now have large sections of our yard(including about half of our backyard) that are absolutely full of crabgrass, nutsedge and other weeds. We have gone from having one of the best lawns on our street to having one of the worst. As for the customer satisfaction guarantee: 1. They have effectively told us there is nothing they can do about all the crabgrass(despite the 6-month guarantee). 2. As promised, they provided a follow-up nutsedge treatment a few weeks ago, but it was completely ineffective as far as we can tell. 3. When we finally gave up and called to cancel our service, we offered to have someone come out and take a look, but the representative did not express any interest in doing so. Further, he actually asked if we realized that they didn’t put the weeds in our yard. In fairness, most of their employees seem friendly, but that doesn’t excuse the fact that we are facing the significant expense of rehabilitating our yard with another service. Hopefully we have better luck.
