This was a great experience with fast and friendly service (and should I say inexpensive). They replaced the back of an iphone 4 in less than half an hour. This is a huge difference from the Apple Store at the Galleria. Well, the Apple Store people were friendly.

Super fast and professional service. I walked in with a loose USB connection on a Kindle Fire tablet today and the issue was quickly diagnosed and the repair/​replace was done. Within a few minutes I was on my way. Other places, I probably would have to leave my device there and come back a day or two later, but not here. I would recommend!

CPR was going to charge me $ 35 to fix my busted camera lense so I called etech solutions and they were $ 10 cheaper.
Walked in today and they literally had my lense fixed in 5 minutes! Not only was it fast but they were also polite! In my experience, I’ve dealt with a lot of tech repair people with attitudes so this was a breath of fresh air!

There may be closer cell phone repair shops, but this one is with the trip. Fast, professional service at a reasonable price and they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I visited for an iPhone repair and data recovery services and they had all done lightening fast. Great advice as well.

I’m unfortunately a bit hard on my devices and as a result I’ve experienced several encounters with repair shops.
These people are outstanding! Great service, good prices, and above all, they do exactly what needs to be done and do it right. They fixed my device while I waited and I was on my way.
This is what a repair facility should be. 5 stars because they earned every one of them.
