Elegant Presentations

We had a good experience with Elegant Presentations until AFTER our wedding. In the middle of our honeymoon (1 week after the wedding), we received an email from them stating that we had damaged their chargers and they were missing some decorations. Since this happened they were going to go ahead and charge our card on file for the damages incurred. We were forced to call them from out of the country so they didn’t charge our card. They said the chargers were put through the a dishwasher but after talking to the venue, they said that their washer would not accomodate such large chargers. Also, instead of doing an on-​site check prior to picking up the materials and leaving, they waited until they got back to their place to count and suddenly, they are missing things. We have no way of knowing what was missing or damaged and we are suppose to take their word on it? The charges were not much, BUT their business practice and their poor customer service is why we fought these charges. Be careful using these guys!
