Bill was quick to respond by phone (same day) from my initial call and visit us the same week for an estimate. The project was completed in a very timely manner. It’s important to note that my repair was estimated and completed before anyone else would come out just for an estimate.
This crew is professional and definitely know what they are doing. Their customer service and knowledge really helps to instill your confidence in their ability. I wish every life experience was this good!

Rob from the Chimney Department came out to do a chimney sweep and teach me how to use our fireplace in our new home. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t end up needing a cleaning, but he did teach me how to use everything, recommended a couple of updates, and provided safety tips! The technicians are firemen by day so they know what they are talking about. A great company, with reasonable fees that I will call again! I have heard stories about other chimney service companies that try to up sell you on things you don’t need, but didn’t have that here. An honest business… refreshing for a change!
