I’ve been training at Bill Cho’s since November of 2007. The school is great. There are multiple instructors and a wide variety of class times and formats. There are classes specifically designed for kids, families or adults along with classes for people of different skill levels. I’ve seen people transform their fitness levels, gain confidence, discipline and have a great time learning as a family. Classes run from the morning hours through 8 pm. Also, the school hosts lots of activities for the children or families — day camps in the summer, holiday dinners, golf or ski trips, etc.
