I live in Denver, CO and have my storage unit in St. Augustine, FL. I definitely haven’t ever felt like my things were in any type of danger or that they would get wet, damaged, or any other occurrences would happen unexpectedly. The store has very helpful staff, very friendly, and they give me the extra time and attention that I need when I call. The store is also very tidy, has a very secure bldg. w climate control, and I know it can withstand the weather that a coastal town might get. As long as the price doesn’t go up again, I will continue to keep 5 stars as my review.

As a lifelong gypsy, I have used storage units all over the country. This place is top of the line. The parking for loading/​unloading is under a roof, so you can even move in the midst of a Florida downpour. Very clean, great AC, nice bathrooms, even music! Paul the manager is extremely helpful to the point that you just feel like you are leaving your stuff at a friend’s place.

Great facility and staff. Very clean and climate control always on par. I always feel safe when visiting. Never a problem finding a close parking spot. The carts they have are sturdy and very useful. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage solution.

My mom has a couple of spaces here and i always end up being Manuel… As in Manuel Labor.
But seriously, its very clean, neat, secure and state of the art. All the units have alarm systems. When you walk thru the halls, the lights automatically turn on. The prices were a little higher than your normal storage places but its the standard «you get what you pay for».
