Had breakfast here this morning. The waitress seemed a little stressed since they were pretty busy but she was nice once she got to us. The food was delicious. I had the Island combo with eggs, toast and a plain pancake. My boyfriend had the scramble. I really loved the fruit infused water.

Prompt friendly service. Food was cooked as ordered. Coffee was hot and mild. Food & mimosas were priced right!

Overpriced and underwhelming Stopped here while on vacation with wife, two children(3 and 6) and grandparents. Son(6) loved his silver dollar pancakes… because they tasted just like the microwave ones we buy him at home. Only got one slice of toast with our breakfasts. The«croissant french toast» was a tatstless gimmick and the homefries were bland. At the end of our bland breakfast was an outrageous bill. Most expensive, and unsatisfying, breakfast yet on our Florida vacation. The only redeeming quality was the Starbucks next door which are surprisingly absent from the St. Augustine area.

On vacation with the family this was a quick breakfast that had something for everyone. Staff was very welcoming and the chocolate chip pancake was huge, nothing special about the pancake but was good.

Great breakfast spot near our home. We had not tried this in the past. We love a good breakfast and decided to give this a go. The dark tint on the Windows is not very inviting and I thought it looked like a cheesy bar from the outside. Well as soon as you open the door a little ukulele Strums a chord to let the employees know someone came in. Inside is bright and clean and decorated with a beach flare. Our breakfast was very good, came out fast and the waiter was very friendly. We will be back for more of those outstanding pancakes. The coffee was good too!

I’d recommend to anyone visiting the area. Cute beach breakfast place. Raspberry, white chocolate chip and count pancake was very good! Also had scrambled eggs with veggies. All very tasty.

Awesome place for breakfast or lunch. Just had grits with red peppers, garlic and feta cheese and they were fantastic… and I don’t normally like grits.

This unassuming little gem was in the middle of a strip mall by our hotel, so we thought we’d check it out. The pancakes are AMAZING and the omelettes are huge! Great breakfast/brunch spot, check it out!

Be Prepared to wait a long time even after seated for your food. We waited over 45 minutes for eggs? Seriously? Got up and left when food never came. Chef looked like she was in la-la land … Totally overwhelmed.

I thought the food was pretty good except the pancakes which is odd because they seem to specialize in pancakes. They were very big but the pancake itself wasn’t very good. They also took forever.

During our week stay my wife and I came here three times for breakfast. Each time was great. The pancake with mixed berries is fabulous. We highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfast, and the service could not be friendlier! We did not have pancakes, but they looked yummy! It was a hard choice, so many options and we were not disappointed. Omelette are great!

Justina is a sweetheart, she was my waitress and was a little ray of sunshine! Had the breakfast sandwich on crossaint, I like that they ask how you’d like the egg done and have several choices of cheese. I have to come back for lunch sometime and try the tuna melt! Justina says they’re the best:) Good coffee here too and a nice atmosphere. Nice little down home local spot I’ve discovered! Will be back

We eat here every time we’re in St Augustine. Place is always busy. Breakfast is always on point. Try the French toast.

We happened onto this place and had a really good breakfast. The plain pancake is just wonderful as were the eggs and sausage and the place has a cute surfer atmosphere. The service was very efficient and fast. We will definitely return.

Love this place. Good food, good people. Specials change daily. Good value for money. Typically I go for one of the specials since they always sound delicious. My daughter would eat their silver dollar pancakes for breakfast, lunch and dinner if she could.

Very good breakfast(Frittata special and vegetable omelette). OJ was excellent. Server was very pleasant and efficient. No complaints at all. Found other reviews interesting. It is a small place with the grill/prep area very visible. If you are looking for something quiet or more upscale — probably not for you. Haven’t been for lunch. I’m looking forward to going back.

Ok i came here because of the reviews– but this place is old & very dirty inside. Its in a shopping plaza next to Publix. When you enter the place reeks of burnt fumes– they truly need an extractor. Our waiter was really nice but the wait for the food was 60 minutes — seriously for a group of 5 adults &2 kids– way too long. The food was ok but nothing out of this world. The home fries coms burnt & the only thing that was tasty were the pancakes.

If you find yourself in St. Augustine, do yourself a favor and have breakfast at the Sea Oats Caffe. It is a small place with limited seating but the amazing food and friendly service more than make up for it. The plate sized pancakes come in just about every flavor you can imagine and are divine! Also tried the spinach and mushroom omelet. It too was delicious! All in all it was fantastic and we will definitely be going back.

I wish we would have found this place earlier on our trip. we only made it there for breakfast twice but that’s better than once! it’s a quaint hole in the wall diner open for breakfast and lunch with the traditional«beachy» theme everywhere. cute. if pancakes are what you lust after, then this is your pancake haven. 24+ flavors and these babies are huge! slighty crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. the hardest thing you’ll have to do all day is decide what kind you want. they have a rather small flat top/grill so ordering pancakes on a busy morning may take a little longer, but it’s worth it. and we did notice there’s a small sign that says«a hostess will seat you…» but both times we went they said to seat ourselves. a couple other patrons fell for the same trap and stood by the door until someone would tell them to sit wherever.
