Island Airport Shuttle

On the way from JAX to St. Augustine I had Roger as my driver and he was wonderful! He was waiting at baggage claim with a sign that had my name on it, he opened the door for me, and was very polite the whole hour drive! He explained every way that we were going (and even got us out of traffic!) We talked about so many different topics and he suggested some great places to visit while I was there!
On the way back I had Smokin Joe. He picked me up at my hotel at 3:15am and despite the super early hour, he was still in a great mood. It was an extra $ 15 because off the late hour (anything after 11 and before 5) but I didn’t mind because it was totally worth it! I highly recommend Island Shuttle and I will definitely recommend it to anyone that asks!

Great car service! My driver, Sandy, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about the roads and the traffic conditions, and got me to the airport fast and efficiently. This is the best shuttle service in St. Augustine.

Bob is pretty prompt. I had to rebook as my flight was canceled. I emailed him to rebook and he confirmed it .As soon as we picked our bag he is already waiting for us. He brought us from airport to our hotel at a safe speed.

Island Airport Shuttle just earned a customer for life. This company is professional, reliable, well run and above all accommodating. In my recent travels to St Augustine via JAX airport, my flight was delayed 3 times pushing my arrival out to 2:00am. With each delay, I contacted the owner and updated him with my new arrival time. He was more than accommodating of my schedule change and was there to meet me at 2:00am.

I can HIGHLY recommend Island Airport Shuttle! My driver, Bob, was friendly and courteous. I was picked up from JAX and driven to St. Augustine. I was able to get stand by on an earlier flight. When I called Rob, the owner, to let him know I was arriving earlier he was able to arrange an earlier pickup. Super company! Would definitely use them again!

I felt compelled to let everyone know how great of service we received recently from Island Airport Shuttle. We flew in to Jax airport and Bob was right there waiting for us… Fast, efficient, and super friendly, Bob was a great driver and got us safely to St. Augustine. I would highly recommend this to anyone, I am glad I decided not to take a cab.
