I had a great experience with this shuttle. My driver was great and on time both to pick me up from the airport and drop me off. I received an email prior to arrival with phone numbers for the office and my driver. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and offered advice on things to do. Overall very friendly, helpful and reliable service.

Unfortunately, my review is almost the exact opposite of the previous review. This shuttle service sent several confusing emails and even called when we were leaving to drive to the San Francisco airport wondering where we were at the Jacksonville airport! Calls to straighten out these issues were to no avail even when speaking to the owner. Driver arrived at St. Augustine hotel 30 minutes earlier than requested then managed to talk non-​stop all the way to the Jacksonville airport. I would never use this service again.
