It took almost a week to have a few shirts cleaned and the price was considerably higher than what I’m used to paying for dry-​cleaning at other places.
They don’t accept credit cards, which is always sketchy in my book… and they wanted me to pre-pay.equally sketchy.
The facility was an absolute disaster. Trash was all over the floor and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The entire place just looked dirty.
To my knowledge, this is the only dry cleaners in Spruce Pine, and I’m sure they know that. The collars and cuffs on most of my shirts were wrinkled, and they did not use any starch. Needless to say… I won’t be going back. Hopefully Burnsville or Marion has a better choice.
