It’s very good and fresh tasting. It seems to be under new owners since it was spring China. It is much better!
Some other reviewers got this place confused with the the Chinese buffet closer to Walmart. It is not the same one.

Panda House — I really like the style of cooking this new owner brings to the dishes. Fresh ingredients and generous helpings make this my new place for Chinese take out. Keep up the good work.

We were sitting there after eating the mediocre food. The waitress spotted some steamed dumplings that someone had left on the stack of clean plates by the buffet. She used her hand to knock the dumplings into a pan on the buffet. Then she cleaned the dirty plate with her elbow and put it back with the clean plates.
If that is what goes on in the front of the house, than what happens where you can’t see?
