Arby’s

We came here for dinner a couple of weeks ago and the sandwiches didn’t taste fresh like they usually do. One of them even tasted like what I imagine old mop water would taste like. We usually come for lunch and have had nothing but a good experiences so were surprised. We called and told them about the poor quality and they said we could come back sometime and get 2 free combos to make up for the poor experience.
We ended up going in today for lunch and were greeted by a friendly staff and the general manager. She knew exactly who we were when we told her. She apologized and said to order whatever we wanted and it’d be on them. We also learned that they had been having issues with the night crew and were working to fix it. We were so impressed with the professionalism of the GM and the morning staff. Also, one other good thing to know is that we usually go through the drive through and had never been inside. No worries, as it was extremely clean. So, to summarize: We are very impressed with management and the overall cleanliness.
We will continue to go to this location and I definitely recommend it.
