Dr Valare Yantis is the best doctor around. Her staff is kind and certainly never rude to anyone that I have seen. Every time I go in, they are pleasant and willing to help. I get call backs from their office, they respond to my MY MERCY emails quickly. I have never had a problem with them. The lady with a negative review sounds a little fishy to me. And yes, if you are not a regular patient, (been there in the last year) the appointment out can be long. That alone should tell you something. If you had an immediate issue, they would do all they could to help you. I just looked at their online appointment book and I could get in a month from now for a non-​urgent issue.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was passed to four people to make an appointment and the last lady said I lied on why I wanted appointment. My availability was wide open and their earliest appointment was in over 4 months and not even with the actual doctor. The staff was so rude. I will deter anyone I know from going to them!
