I like this Walgreen’s the best because it is in a great location close to the doctor, so picking up a prescription after an appointment is a breeze with the drive through.
Every time I’ve gone in the all the associates are welcoming and friendly, and willing to help you find something if you need help.

I have never had the delays in filling prescriptions reported by others… I fill about 12 different prescriptions every month and have no problem getting my meds… the main problem I have is getting my insurance to approve payment and with the doctor getting the Rx order sent to the Walgreens location I prefer… no problems with Walgreens generally or with the store on East Republic Road… have been using that store for Rx and flu shots and supplies for more than three years…

It’s a Walgreens. ‘Nuff said. It’s like any other Walgreens I have ever been to. Which is good, because I knew where everything was in a strange city. I am staying at a nearby hotel, and having a 24 hour Walgreens nearby is a good thing.

Wow just there for about 15 minutes to pickup a prescription I dropped off. Yes they were slammed it happens I understand that. I got some insight on why they are such a train wreck while listening to two pharmacy techs have a full on cat fight over how to delete prescriptions, who «took» someones screen and who was standing in the other person’s way. One tech was trying to deal with a lot customers while these two divas hissed and spit each other and the Pharmacist was handling the drive thru instead of filling prescriptions. The manager might want to consider inviting those techs to take their drama some place else and hire some folks who care about customer service.
