New buildings that are well made. The officer workers are just the best. Super sweet and they pick up UPS packages for you! The facilities crew needs a little shaping up. For instance they change the air filters every 3 months and put in a 30 day cheap filter that really filters nothing. I mean it literally says 30 days on it. Second I’ve had to call them out to fix things over and over and finally gave up on getting certain things fixed just because they are too stubborn to admit its not right. Five starts on the quality of the place and the office workers. Minus 2 for facility crew that just don’t seem to care.
Location is wonderful but you pay a little extra to get it.
