Did they get done everything I asked them to get done? Yes.
Was the service good? Sure.
But the Victory Cleaners closest to me in Briarcliffe takes credit cards, and that’s a much smaller and older looking store. This branch does not accept credit or debit cards despite being newer looking and larger.
It’s 2013. You have computers in the store. Not taking credit cards is pretty inexcusable in this day and age. Even taking credit cards with a minimum $ 10 purchase is more acceptable than not taking them at all.
It turns a 3 star service into a 2 star review.
