I love Victoria Secret, I love to go to any Victoria Secret expect for this store. Unfortunately this VS shop is closer to my place then the others I prefer to go too. What makes me annoyed is they hire some of the«slowest» cashiers I’ve ever seen. I was in line & I literally stayed there for 30 minutes;(while the other 2 lines were moving so fast. This is the 3rd time, this has happened. As a VS ringing cashier, you need to be quick, ESP if the lines are super long, which is how it was that day. There’s a lady who works there with a bad attitude, I don’t know is she’s the manager or assistant manager. She’s not friendly, She won’t greet you. It makes me not want to go in, if I know she’s working. She was in the fitting room & I walked in & was like I have 3 bras to try on. There’s was no, do you need measurements? Or push this button if you need help. She just walked me to to the fitting room open the door & left quickly. I find it rude. I’ve been to many VS shops & it’s never like that. Overall, there a few good works at this VS shops that I like to see when I go in, but the slow cashiers & the lady with the attitude problem overpowers the good workers.

Now, I am not a big fan of VS. I just cannot stand how they shove manufactured«sexiness» down everybody’s throats. But VS is sorta like Starbucks. You just cannot work around them. Even if you ideologically oppose them, you will eventually do business with them: they are everywhere, they are accessible, they smell nice, the lighting is right, and the product is not objectionable(albeit over-priced). So, I’ve gone to the Springfield Mall VS a couple of times in the last week(to make an exchange and then to buy etc). Both times it was a hot mess: the variety was limited, especially in sales items, the salespersons were passive-aggressively pushy, nobody to help with sizes in the fitting rooms, and the persons behind the register: they were over their heads. There seems to always be a problem with a customer in the register in front of me, that they have to call the headquarters to fix. I waited in line for 30 minutes, at least, and there were about 10 people behind me. Honestly, if I didn’t know, I’d think they are giving away stuff, only by looking at the line! I find particularly interesting that the employees use the headset/walkie-talkies(sorry, what are these things called?) to communicate with each other, when the«other» is like 3 feet away!(remember this store is not very large). I don’t think your system works, ladies!

Errbody knows, or should know, that Victoria’s secret is padding. A lot of extra padding. That being said, I love shopping here because the dream angels collection has had a lot of pretty Chantilly lace designs lately. Free item coupons in the mail gets me every time!

Haven’t shopped here in ages. Never liked the whole pink advertising. My daughter needed some bras so I checked it out. Store was a bit of a mess. Flotsam and jetsam everywhere. Employees didn’t offer any help. Found a few items and sales clerk rang up two exact duplicate items at different prices. Third item had no tag so she just made up price more or less.

This VS is a lot smaller than the one in Tyson’s. On a recent visit, they did not have a single piece of ‘bridal’ or white lingerie. I had a return to make from an online order, and instead of being able to put it back on my gift card, they insisted they put it on my debit card. I guess there’s really no cause for complaint there, but it was just different. Additionally, that online order shipped in two packages, so they had to do two separate returns for each package and each one took– no lie– ten full minutes. Twenty minutes later with a cashier who was just checking her watch and saying how many minutes it would be before she could go home, I was so glad to be leaving this place. Really lackluster VS. Go elsewhere.
