Victoria’s Secret

I’m pretty sure this is the only VS around here, besides KOP. VS is everyone’s guilty pleasure. Nobody can help buying something from here.
This location did have a makeover a few years ago. I find the makeover to be very compact. There’s not much walking room, especially during the holiday season. If you are trying to walk in here during holiday season, GOOD LUCK.
The sales people that walk around the floor are very attentive. They don’t wait for you to ask them for help. As soon as you walk into the store, they greet you and ask what you need help with. It feels good to have reassurance that if you do need help, you don’t have to walk across the store to find someone.
Everything is pricey but that’s just Victoria’s Secret. The quality of the products though is wrote the price. I refuse to buy bras from anywhere else.
The cashiers aren’t all cheery. However, they really try their best to get you to sign up for the rewards program or get the VS credit card. They don’t always have a smile on their face but they understand that the customer wants to purchase their items and leave the store.
Besides the small, cramped space and the sub-​par customer service from the cashiers, this place is a 4 star store. I will be back.

For many years this location championed Granite Run for its size and selection. Now Granite Run is gone, and Springfield is the ONLY VS location in Delco, so it is PACKED with everyone in the vicinity. I have been visiting this location for many moons, and have always found them to have a very good selection of products and sizes, on par with the more «mega» stores (like Christiana Mall or KoP Plaza).
The staff has been hit or miss over the years. They aren’t sullen lazy goof-​offs like most of the staff Granite Run had, but they have had their share of frustrating people over the years. I can’t say anyone sticks out memorably either way, though.
They currently have a more updated look. (I have seen them go through about 3 store makeovers.) They are a VS-​PINK dual store, which is handy if you like to shop both stores at once.

Another good Victoria’s Secret store… There was quite a line when I was there last week but it was the holiday season after all, so I was kind of expecting to be in there a while. Otherwise, no complaints!

The girls in here hustle to make sure people are being helped efficiently… I was impressed. The store was having 30% off a lot of the Pink collection. Woohoo!
