US Authentication Services

Friendly does not mean helpful. I contacted them to help me with authentication of three documents. Of course, it was my fault not to google the process; but then, I thought I was working with experts. I sent them the documents as well as the $$ they requested. They were very friendly and kept me updated. Few weeks later, they returned back the documents to let me know that a step was skipped and they could not authenticate my documents from the Embassy: The documents had to be State certified before being sent to be certified by the U.S. department of State in Washington D.C. (but they did certify it from the US department of State btw and please do not ask me why…) So I had to go back to the beginning and pay another company to start over the process. So next time, before starting something, experts, review the country rules you are working with and get back to the person who entrusted you.

I cant speak highly enough of this team at US Authentication Services! Got my documents notarized and apostilled while I was in another country then shipped them to me. Rates were reasonable and service was fantastic! Great communication. Thanks guys. A+

Very quick and reliable service. The company emailed me when my document arrived and when it was finished and mailed out a few days later. Responsive and personable customer service. If you have to undergo the tedious process of getting a document apostilled, I would highly recommend this company (they made it easy). They also offer cheaper prices for getting FBI Criminal Background Checks authenticated than any website I have found. Thanks! I will use your services in the future if I need to.

I have had a very bad experience with US authentications. It starts when I wanted to obtain apostille for my Free Sale Certificate to launch my cosmetic export business in the Middle East. It was my first time and I have no idea what it is going to be about. I find US authentication website and I was pleased to find some information about the authentications of export documents, but the website didn’t give me any useful information, rather, it confused me. So, I decided to give them a call to ask for myself about Free Sale certificate. Without talking too much, I could not attain any useful information; all they kept to say is «please send us your documents on blah, blah, blah». I felt like I was talking to an answer machine. Anyway, I sent my Free Sale certificate and after 3 days I get it back as it was. Honestly, the company did call to notify me that they cannot process my document because it must be certified from my Secretary of State and stamped by a local Chamber of Commerce before they could authenticated it from US Department. Furthermore, I also discovered that I don’t need apostille for the Middle East; it is a different kind of authentication called Embassy legalization. I was really frustrated, disappointed, and discouraged. US authentications did have the information I need, but their customer service confused me more and gave me incomplete information. They should consider putting their Customer Service Division for revision.
