The service from University Properties Management was great. As a first time user of the service I had some trepidation but after arriving to find our super clean (and bedbug free) apartment which was exactly as it was portrayed I was very happy and will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

NEVER rent from this company. They treat their tenants terribly, they are rude and invasive. Ron would call over and over again– even if you are in class to TALK ABOUT TRIMMING THE BUSHES! He has no respect for his renters and talks to you like you are a two year old. Stay away if you can.
