Really helpful when I called. was able to reserve the rental I needed.

made and double confirmed reservation for one trailer with two self tow uboxes, then upon pickup, we are told corporate shouldnt have everpromised that, as there is only one trailer in new england that can carry two. We will get one and have to come back for second (that changes all logistics). Staff who was supposed to be checking trailer asked ME what he should be doing when we went outside to check. Had to get our own tools to help him open ubox, had to manually lift and move another trailer out of the way, remind him to get blankets and a lock. The entire experience from start to finish was riddled with problems. The assistant manager willingly gave us customer service contact. Put on hold, then they passed the buck. Every step of the process wasnt as presented and riddled with problems.
