I’ve rented two thinks from this place with not so great experiences. This last time I was there we had reserved a trailer ahead of time knowing that we would be a little rushed for time. It turned out that we had to wait in line 3 different times for a total of 1 hour in order to rent the trailer that we had reserved. They had six people behind the desk, four were on the phone and two were helping the lines of people that were in the store. The only reason they get two stars is because the trailer was nice and the people were friendly.
