Toys R Us

Good luck trying to do any holiday shopping. There were tons of customers there on my visit today (which I understand) but they did NOT have enough employees. I had to leave because not only could I not wait all day to be acknowledged, but I genuinely do not care for how they’ve changed the electronics/​video game section of the store. Most games are now locked up and you need an employee to get them for you. Hence the huge mass of people huddled around waiting for someone to get them what they need. Plus, after every single item is taken out of the locked case, the employee has to walk them to the register (not sure if they check out the customer too). This is totally impractical and such a waste of time and energy.
Best Buy had more games in stock and I don’t need to hunt an employee down to get what I need. The Toys R Us sales aren’t always worth it considering what you have to put up with.
