This is a great place to bring your vehicle for an oil change. The staff is polite and don’t try to swindle you with things needing fixed that don’t. This is a quick place for an oil change and has a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks.

My wife and I recently bought our first car together here. The salesman was friendly. helpful, polite, and was not pushy at all. The guy who did our business end of the purchase was also very helpful, and friendly. The service garage people were very professional, courteous, and friendly. This is how a car dealership should be ran, and how they should treat their customers. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, and they have earned a life long customer. If there was only one complaint it would be that the lube oil filter shop is a lot smaller that the one connected to the dealership, and the lounge area was very small and didn’t have near the amount of refreshments that the other one did. I hope someday they can fix that. Other than that, it was an awesome car buying experience.

Gave me information about the certification policies of that brand of vehicle so I could look further into how to proceed. He was so incredibly helpful! When it came to buying a car, honestly Thompson was last on my list of dealers. Within minutes of being there Vince Hamilton changed my opinion! He was respectful, kind and never pressured me. This was the best car buying experience I have had! Everyone was very prompt, respectful and helpful. Vince made sure I felt comfortable with the deal and made sure everything went smooth. He really took the extra step of showing me how to work the features of my new car and always had a smile! As a single woman buying a car I would send all of my friends and family to Vince! I am so glad I went to Thompson!
