Took my Daughters iPhone 4 in for a FRONT screen replacement. When we picked it up, the home button did not work had to send it back .
Second time picking it up we noticed the back of the iPhone had a shatter from the outside edge to the center of the phone, Looks like it was pried open and they cracked it. They denied they did that. Also the dust cover for the memory card slot is missing too.
But forgot to get pics of the phone to provide proof. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. REMEMBER TO TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR DEVICE BEFORE GOING THERE. …Better yet DONT GO.

Horrible service, overpriced. The owner guaranteed a leather like phone case wouldn’t fray, in one week it started coming apart, took it back — and she knew who I was and denied to my face that she said that. 35 bucks down the drain.
