I wouldn’t give this TMobile a single star if I had the chance not to. I was just in there being blatantly lied to about receiving a tablet for free from T Mobile when it’s not free. Don’t listen to their scam! They tell you you get a free Samsung Tablet A when you purchase a phone but you have to pay $ 10 a month for 2 years – $ 240 for internet service. If you cancel the internet service you must pay the full amount for the tablet. How do I have to pay for the tablet if its free? And I don’t want internet service. The Indian girl in there had no clue what she was talking about and kept trying to talk me I’m circles. No thanks hun!

If it were up to me I would’nt even give them 1 star. Went into this location because I was around the area and it was where I went for the first time to open my account. Unfortunately I went into this location and I felt discriminated. Out of 3 employees there 1 had a customer and the other were talking to that one customer as well, while I stood there playing with the S6(which is what I was going in to get) no one said one word to me. Other people came and left and were helped while I was the first there and no one helped me. I was going to ask for assistance but then realized why would I want to give my business to anyone who looked at me and pretty much said«he’s not going to buy anything.» So I left, while I waited for 30 mins and no one said anything. Unfortunately this happens often in other places, where people«assume» we are just«looking» not knowing anything about us. Will take my business elsewhere.
