Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t asked if I needed assistance(even though I obviously did). Waited at the counter for 10 minutes with being addressed. All three employees were assisting one customer. No apology for my wait. Tech support not at all knowledgeable or helpful regarding a replacement charger for my laptop.

I have not been impressed with the prices or the service. Today I needed a toner cartridge for a Brother printer. I found it up on a shelf about 7 feet off the floor. I start looking for an employee to go find the ladder on wheels they use to get stuff off the shelves. I can find two employees in the store. One at a service desk talking to another customer and one at checkout handling a line of customers. I think there is another employee on the other side of the store at the printing counter also with a customer. I think the guy at the service counter is telling the customer how to build a nuclear weapon. They are going on and on it has been 10 minutes. I have things to do so I reach up and finger tip the cartridge off the shelf and catch it as it falls. I go to check out and find that my rewards account is gone. Like the previous reviewer this has been a persistent problem. Overall not a great experience. I am not a regular here and they certainly have not changed my impression. I am not going to be a regular. They just don’t make customer service a priority. They did have what I needed in a location that was convenient but helpful, nope.

Went today to use a $ 10 off coupon… wow. The things I thought I’d use it for were so overpriced — batteries, bubble mailers, packing tape — that I felt like I was wasting the coupon. I guess they aren’t aware of the UPS stores, Wal Mart, etc nearby and what they price at. So then I found a good deal on Godiva. But it takes 2 employees to figure out how much they are b/c of wrong pricing — they can stock the shelves but not change the prices I guess and it gets confusing as to what are«Dark Chocolate Gems @ 2.90» and«Dark Choc Gems @ 4.90» that are slightly different(but in the $ 2.90 section); and all of the above are also marked $ 2.95, adding further confusion. It shouldn’t take double digit minutes of my time for me to buy chocolate! Then there’s the check out. For some reason my Rewards acct has always had my 12 year old phone number attached to it, despite the fact I always have to have them look up the acct and update the email & phone, it always converts to gibberish and I have to do it over again. Some good deals on printing, paper, and demo computer stuff though.
