No wonder yellow cab only has 1.5 stars. It’s 1:30 in the morning and cab number 15 pulls into my neighbors driveway, which is near my bedroom window, and honks his horn. Eventually, he gets out of his vehicle with a flashlight and starts looking in the car windows and then the side window of my neighbors house. He eventually makes his way to the porch and knocks on the door. His customer soon emerges and after a very brief word or two, they leave. Why couldn’t this jerk just knock on the door in the first place. It’s 1:30 in the morning and he has absolutely no courtesy for people who are trying to sleep. I have nothing positive to say about any yellow cab driver, as I have never had a reason to. Unfortunate.

These guys are pretty good! I’ve used them 3 times in less than 2 weeks and each time found the driver friendly and the service timely. One time I called the night before to get on the list for a 4:30am cab. I called that morning about 4am to be sure the morning people knew about the call and they did. The cab showed up on time and got me where I needed to be on time. I have had good service from these people and will continue to use them.

I wish I could give them less than one star. We called the night before to have a cab pick us up at 6:45 in the morning. After calling twice with no answer, a third call got them to finally pick up. Then they told us there were no cabs in our area. We live in suburban southeast Springfield. Then they told us there are no guarantees even if you call the night before. That is NOT what cab services are meant for. Looks like we’ll be in long term parking at the airport for the week and 45 minutes late to the airport.

Worst cab service in town to make a reservation with or wait for. Their office is terrible to deal with. I waited an hour for a cab and on the third call back to them, they told me I would be best off flagging one down. I shouldn’t have to flag a cab down after I called one in and waited over an hour. Slow, rude, and terrible company.

Once again, company is a joke. Currently waiting over an hour for a cab at a popular location in a well travelled part of town. Someone please bring Über or another outside car service to Speingfield. Yellow Cab sets the standard for incompetency.

Completely disgusting cabs and you never know if they take card or cash. Do not recommend at all
