Agree with other review. Went in to get repairs done after a wreck. Asked several times to get an estimate. We asked for estimate on functional parts and they gave us a complete list of parts. When we went back to ask again about only functional/​safety needs the parts guy threw a fit. After much hassle, finally got it fixed and now bike runs well. Not a customer friendly experience.

I have always found the sales staff and shop personnel to be very helpful, knowledgeable, and ready to discuss all things motorcycle. All this even though I have not purchased a bike from them – yet. I would not hesitate to trade with them.

Called and left 4 messages. Never got a response. Went in to buy oil and a spark plug. Parts guy was rude. Walked around the showroom for 10 minutes before somebody said hi. Poor selection of helmets. Not shopping here again.
