Not the largest or most impressive liquor store, but conveniently located and the staff is friendly. The man working behind the counter, seemingly the owner, asked what my occasion and price range were. I thought that was very personal and a pro. One of my pet peeves however, is when there are no prices on the bottles. This makes me wonder if certain people get certain prices. That being said, I wanted «under 20» and he picked a great chianti for $ 17. I would go back!

Although my visits are infrequent, Springfield Wines & Liquors always has me leaving as a very satisfied customer. What can make such a difference when shopping at a small neighborhood shop?
This is a place where every customer is greeted as though they are regular customers. Whether the daughters or their parents are working the register at the time, service is genuine, warm and uplifting. You can’t say that about very many retail establishments these days.
