We have always went through Springfield rentals for their two horse slant load trailers. We have never had any problems renting from them. We called them today to see if we could rent one and the guy on the phone was completely RUDE! They have always been nice to us and rented us great things. But unfortunately after today’s phone call and the rude tone of voice we got made them lose two very loyal customers… We will take our business elsewhere from now on. Lesson learned.

Just rented a floor sander from them. We got a fair price and friendly service. There was a really nice young man that loaded and unloaded it for us, and the man behind the counter was friendly and professional. Will certainly use this place again!

Warning! Check your equipment before you rent it and sign that you are responsible for all repairs, because they rent out old and worn out equipment. Springfield Rentals rents old and worn out equipment. They make the customer pay for repairs on their equipment when it is rented with a flat tire, bad wheel bearings, old and worn out. The rep who rented it said it would be fine, however it wasn’t fine. The tire when flat after driving only a few blocks. The wheel bearing froze up and the wheel broke off. The equipment is worn out and they don’t back up their word. We will never use this company again! if you choose to then do so at your own risk! Beware!
