Betty helped me out at the last minute and I could not be happier. She seems to be truly invested in the happiness and well being of her clients. She will text me pictures of my dog when she visits, and writes little notes detailing the visit. She is very responsive to emails and texts as well.
I can’t say enough good things about Betty and I consider myself very lucky to have found her. I have already recommended her to a coworker of mine and I definitely recommend her to anyone reading this review. I’m super grateful she’s around!

Betty Dodson, the Springfield Pet & Home Nanny, does an outstanding job. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She took care of my mom’s cat and home for me during her long illness. After mom’s passing, she continued to take care of things above and beyond what was expected. She communicates regularly and delivers care to pets as if they were her own. Betty took a huge worry completely away at a very stressful time for me and my mom. She is a kind, caring, conscientious and trustworthy person to take care of your pet and home while you’re away. Truly amazing person and service.
