Springfield Nails Salon

Alright place but could use an upgrade on the Polish section. Also I felt like everything was very rushed and could have been done neater. There was a lot of chair hopping but the people where very nice. I understand it gets busy but that doesn’t mean that you should let that effect the quality of your service. They need to keep up with cleaning since my manicure was done on a dusty table and my feet where scrubbed with something that looked used… my nails came out ok but nothing like what I asked for.

Poor service. Felt so rushed. Wasn’t talked to at all by staff while getting my nails done. Gel chipped after a few days. Never going back again

I’ve been coming here since I was in highschool so I have seen several different owners but overall, the greatness of this place has stayed consistent! I love Annie, Amy and Andy and love how clean this place is compared to the other salons I have tried. I now live in center city and STILL make the journey out to Delaware county to get my nails done because in almost 15 years I haven’t found a place that comes close. Good prices, clean, friendly and not pushy towards up selling other products! Love, love, love them!

Went here with my mom a few weeks ago to get pedicures. Place is nothing fancy, your typical nail salon, a bit on the smaller side. We both got seated pretty quickly, but both of our massage chairs were broken and wouldn’t massage, which was a bummer. They did a nice job on our pedicures, although they trimmed the sides of our big toenails, which I never had done before and it hurt! They were apologetic about the pain, but they said our nails had grown in pretty far. I never had a nail salon do this and I was afraid I’d be in pain the next day, but we were both fine. Maybe it needed to be done, who knows! They did a nice job with the paint and even charged us for less than we expected, so that was nice! Good to have the experience, but I’ll keep shopping around.

I love this nail salon! It’s kind of small but that doesn’t bother me at all. All of the techs are very nice and friendly. Never left here once unhappy about my mani or pedi.

I’ve been getting my nails done for many years, and I have never found a better place than Springfield Nails. Firstly, there is a wonderful nail artist there who can do almost anything you want. For my best friend’s 40^th birthday, the nail artist drew the Indian god Ganesha on my nails (my friend is Hindu and I wanted to honor her culture.) Today, she replicated a picture I showed her EXACTLY. She can make almost any design and if you show her a picture she can make your nails identical to the picture. The place is very, very clean and they remember all of their customers, customer preferences etc. For example, they know exactly how I want my eyebrows done; I never even have to remind them. They do a fabulous pedicure and will get rid of all the dead skin on your feet. My feet look and feel as smooth as a baby’s when I am done there. The salon has a very friendly vibe and the clients always chat with each other. I really look forward to getting my nails and brows done there because they really pamper you. One of my favorite things about this place is that the girls who work there are REALLY into their jobs. I think it is adorable and inspiring how they all come over to see what the nail artist is doing. You can tell they all just really love it there. The owner is beautiful and sweet as can be. I highly recommend this salon.
