This company is a fraud. The original item we received was damaged beyond repair. Returned the item,(at my own personal cost), and was told my replacement had shipped. Never received the replacement item. After weeks of calling, I was told it had been«lost in the mail». It’s now 30+ days later and still have not received the item or a refund check. SCAM Requested a refund weeks ago. Company has promised multiple times to have a check issued within«48 hours». 2 days later, we call to find a check was never issued or mailed… and so the cycle repeats. SCAM When we call about the refund, we are put on hold hours until the call suddenly«drops». Now they are telling us that their«Billing Department» does not have a contact number or email. SCAM DONOTORDERFROMTHISCOMPANY! BUYERSBEWARE!

This company is a fraud. I ordered a guitar for my son for xmas — «in stock and ready to ship» — complete fraud. Not only do they not have the guitar — Peavey doesn’t make anymore. When the package never arrived I contacted them and they said it was backordered but would ship the next week — when I called them out on the fraud — they stopped speaking. They aren’t even a licensed dealer of Peavy. If you order from this company you are ordering a headache. Also, notice how they have different websites representing different businesses that sale the same products yet all the web sites are almost identical. To top it off — they still list these products on their site as in stock and ready to ship — I feel sorry for all of those people who bought from them for presents that will never arrive and the loss of money and hassle. Avoid this company as one would avoid the bubonic plague. I bought 2 spotlights from this company. The package deal they were running was«Free Stand and Bag with Light for $ 500.» Turns out the bag was too small for the light — which was apparently MYFAULT. It took 4 customer service agents walking through their warehouse for someone to finally agree with me that the bag was too small. They then found out that they don’t even carry a bag that fits this light! To add insult to injury, they refunded my the wholesale price of the bag, so I couldn’t even buy a replacement later. When I convinced them that they owed me the full value of the bag, they offered me the difference in store credit. I found an item I wanted, and I was told(surprise surprise) that the item wasn’t in stock — and they had no plans to stock it. Furthermore, my store credit was only applicable to a much larger item. So, you win SmartDJ. Take my store credit and go buy yourself something pretty with it.

bought some gear from them recently, not only did it arrive earlier than expected, they gave some of the best prices I ever came across and gave me some of the friendliest and knowledgeable customer service I have ever encountered in the dj equipment industry. Its obvious that they care about pleasing the customer and getting repeat business, I will look for them to be my primary source for dj gear until I see different
