We bought our bed here in the summer and while the bed is fine, I would absolutely never purchase anything from this company again. The store salesman were fine, but after you’ve bought the bed, they can’t help you. I’ve been attempting to get a refund for our SleepIQ box for months, unsuccessfully. I’ve spent hours on the phone with customer service (mostly on hold). They are not at all helpful. Their computers were down FOR MONTHS. I can’t impress upon you enough, do not support this business.
