I had my doubts about taking my son to sky zone. He is 4, and often times at other inflatable jumping places, he can get in with kids that are a lot older /bigger. In an inflatable, I figure they can’t hurt each other too bad, but I thought with trampolines, it could result in my son getting injured. We filled out the release and bought our tickets online. I will say this didn’t seem to save us much time because when we arrived, we got in line with people that hadn’t bought their tickets, and waited until they were served before we got to get our sticker. My son was hesitant to get out on the trampolines because he didn’t see any other kids his size, and it was just a bit over-whelming. We were at an open set, and there were 3 – 4 of the staff standing in the corner. These young men appeared 17 or so years old, and I could hear them talking. I was pretty impressed to overhear them talking about one of the group(possibly 2) were going to join the military after graduation. One of the group, then noticed my son being shy, walked over, and explained the rules to him. They also made sure that the smaller kids(another little guy turned up a few minutes later) had their own section of the open area in which to play. This is what many inflatable places say they do, but Skyzone really did! It was great. After another little bit, one of the staff ended up out there with my son showing him tricks to do. It was fantastic. The same staff member then took my son over to the pit and showed him how to jump into the pit. This young man really showed extra effort to ensure my son had a good time. Needless to say, my son had a blast, which means I enjoyed it. We’ll be back. The price seems sort of high, but really it is comparable with other activities in the area. It’s good fun for young ones(and presumably older ones), it wears them out, and it doesn’t cost much, what more can I ask for? Thank you SZ.

Vicki Ables… thats as good as it gets. She not only played with the toddlers/preschoolers during the special jump time for them she also enjoyed it. I cannot say how much this impressed me, her energy was contagious. I have 3 boys and they all heart SkyZone, it will be a winter time lifesaver since MO tends to have cold temps Dec-April!!! Vicki also added a Wed preschool jump when I requested it and explained how I couldnt go on other days bc of my 3yr olds preschool schedule!

Brought our son here for his birthday.(Not a party) He and his grandma had a ball jumping. Many kids jumping around having fun. There are plastic chairs that are comfortable for being plastic. There is a place children can jump on a trampoline then into a pit of foam chunks. Jump on a trampoline and dunk a basketball. Jump on a trampoline and play dodgeball. Jump on individual trampolines staying stationary. Now for what I don’t like about the place. No outside food or drinks allowed. A place based on physical activity has one child sized drinking fountain and one adult size. You can buy beverages and food that are over priced. We went during church time on Sunday. Not that bad. As we were leaving a mob showed up. My wife said the place is usually extremely packed. Next they are operating a business with trampolines and had no medical staff on duty. I guess the waiver you sign is good enough. While there, a teen went down in agony. Laying there holding his ankle. An employee went to him. And got on the radio. I am a former combat medic. I felt stupid standing there looking on. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then this lady dressed in nicer attire than a standard employee gets up to the injured teen. I at first thought she was their medic. She had an I pad thing. Took photos and documents the fall. Then the boy’s father and an employee help him hobble to a bench. That’s where they left him. I asked the father if they did any kind of medical assessment on him as I couldn’t tell from my distance through the people. He said no. Not at all. They gave him an ice pack. I told him of my background and offered to check the guy out. And warned it would hurt. He said that would be great. I did so and his ligaments appeared intact leading me to believe it was a mild sprain. I advised him how to treat it. The family was lacking insurance so they were very grateful for my help and thanked me. The young man was hopeful he would be good to go to work the next day. Lastly my wife is an X Ray Tech. She sees a lot of patients due to this place. One reason she said she didn’t have my sons party here was she did not want to be responsible for his friends getting hurt. Overall it’s an overpriced injury waiting to happen. I don’t keep my son in a bubble and will not stop my wife from taking him here. I won’t. I’ll take him to a park for free.

It is fun for a while but don’t plan on being there very long, I ran out of things to do and got tired quickly. I got very frustrated with the staff and their condescending way of telling people the rules. they were not very professional and a lot of the time I was there they were just talking to their coworkers and not really working. probably just a one time thing, not super impressed with my experience.

I had a Groupon for an hour jump for two kids at SkyZone for like $ 14… a steal since it’s normally $ 13 per kid per hour. However, I think we would return even at the normal price, as the boys(8&12) LOVE this place. There’s dodgeball divided by age group, basketball, and normal trampolines. They didn’t sit down the whole hour. The facility itself is set up very nice and is easy to navigate. There’s plenty of seating for non-jumpers(me and husband) but there were people of all ages jumping and even a men’s dodgeball game going on. I was most impressed with the staff– they were super patient and interactive with the kids.

Fun time for the kids. Lots of trampoline stuff to do. Dodge ball, basketball and just jumping around. Good for kids of all ages. Time can be reserved online or walk in. 30 min or an hours jump times.
