Roy’s Alterations & Custom Tailor’s

I recently relocated to Springfield and received a job offer on a Thursday — to start work the following Monday. I needed suits… stat!
I found 2 suits that I loved but the pants and jacket sleeves were each about 2 inches too long. (The usual short-​girl problem.)
After Unilocaling for alterations I found Roy’s. I called on a Friday, practically in a panic, and was calmly told to come in. At first I was told to come back in a week. «But I start my new job Monday morning!» They understood and put a rush on one of the blazers and the 2 pairs of pants which I picked up the very next day.
Since then I have been back to Roy’s for 2 other suit alterations. I pop in, get fitted quickly, and come back the next week to pick-​up. The work is clean and everything fits perfectly. In total I’ve had 4 blazers and 4 pants tailored for a total of $ 132, which I feel is a GREAT value. Pant hems were only $ 7!
I haven’t needed it but they do have a sign hanging in the shop that states they will make any adjustments needed within 7 days of the original alteration. I think that is cool.

The personnel are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Clearly, the business is organized and well-​established. Really glad I found this place.
