If these people treat all the customers like I have been treated the only 2 times I have been there, they shouldn’t be around long, but they will be. Warranty issue on 1 car took them 4 days and it was a simple reflash of the ECM. Ridiculous. Service advisor did a horrible job on communicating with us, I actually had to call them a few times to find out status. The second time I was looking at a used truck and was told they couldn’t get me financed because of an issue on my credit report, which completely baffled me. How strange that I could get 3.99% through Chrysler on a new $ 40k Ram. My feeling is the used car sales manager was passing a personal opinion and that cost him a sale. I wouldn’t step foot into this dealership if I didn’t need too. Unfortunately, if I have a warranty issue, I won’t have a choice. I’m glad I wasn’t living here when we bought the car, or that deal would have probably gone bad too. I believe this dealership group was recently acquired by Birkshire Hathaway and I would hard pressed to think this is the way they want to do business. Good luck if you do business with them.

02÷26÷15 Upgraded to three stars as the Sales Manager voided the sale and refunded our down payment. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction.
