My family and I went here for a graduation celebration on a Tuesday. It was a party of 7. When we arrived we were told 45 minutes wait. Fine! That 45minutes turned into 2 hours which turned into us leaving. The host started telling guest that no food is coming out of the kitchen and the waiters are not taking orders if they was to sit anyone. I believe the workers went on strike. I use to love this location because it is closer to home but the next time we want Red Lobster, we will be traveling far where there is better serve. I personally believe everyone that was working that day needs to be fired! Including the Manager who gave us a $ 20 gift card for the wait.

expensive since they removed deals from the menu … no happy hour either or wifi. Outdated building. If sharon answers the phone she will give you a hard time especially when asking to speak to the manager. Use that tip money for gas and drive to New Jersey Red Lobster. Kasem the manager is horrible. The waiters have attitudes.

We had a bait & switch situation tonight, @ the Red Lobster Springfield, the menu we ordered off of had a miss print and we did not know till the bill came, the server who was awesome by the way sent the manager«Peggy» over and she basically said we were lying and stated they would never print the menu wrong and when I asked her to look for it, our menu mysteriously disappeared! Peggy did nothing for us and all I can say now is Buyer Beware at this location!!!

Over the years, i had run Hot and Cold on my feelings for Red Lobster. Location, Atmosphere, Ambiance, these are only three parts of a Restaurant’s Life Story. It can be a: ‘To Be Continued’, with everyone waiting for the next chapter or a book in the series; ‘The Expose’ for the papers or Gossip Rags. as my Wife is fond of saying — «Whatever. « We have not not gone out for Dinner for sometime. When we did go out for dinner: Seafood/Clam Tavern or Seafood Shanty. Asian/Pearl or /Heng’s Thai. Many Italian Restaurants have come and gone, along the way before Bertucci’s went South for Us and there isn’t one Italian Restaurant in the area we would go for an Italian Dinner. At least we have Gaetano’s for Pizza. For years we had our Corner Diner for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner; other local restaurants, joints and dives near Stores/Malls, when we shopped at Breakfast time, our easiest meal of the day that saved time and energy for all of us. The trek to Red Lobster would be a needed test run for a Special Birthday Dinner Out. Boy, did we make a big mistake! Pick up a fork from the table and stick it in or to Red Lobster… they are done. Ships have sailed, Bells have Rung, Books have Closed, Blow out the Candles. There is nothing new or exciting, here. The empty smiles have been generously tipped; all due to: force of habit, we might be back, we want to be remembered as good tippers. Red Lobster might as well phone in whatever they do in the kitchen, it is so routine and dull, you have to wonder how they have been here so long, the same could be said for Clam Tavern… What Can You Do New For Sea Food? The only excitement that is happening for Sea Food can be found at ??? Enough Said!!! How’ that Tim?

Went last night. Poor service. Waiter didn’t give us silverware had to call him a few times after I food was put on the table. Forgot some of the food to go with my order. Forgot to give my daughter a kids menu. Service was extremely slow. If the food wasn’t good I would have gave one star. Won’t go to this one again.

I work in the restaurant business, so I get it, sometimes you can have an occasional bad experience. But I had a large party with me, it was prearranged. The service was terrible from the entrance to the check and everything in between. There was no host to greet our get things started, when someone finally did appear it was just to tell us that someone would be with us soon. When we finally got to the tables they were still being hurriedly pushed together, there wasn’t enough chairs or silverware. When we ordered drinks they came out wrong, multiple times. Then the food… not only did we have to wait over an hour from the time we ordered, but some of the food was cold, and one of my party was forgotten completely. The waitresses were rude, did not bring refills or check back with us at all. I have never had a server cussing under their breath as they served guests. It’s deplorable. Don’t go here unless you want to be insulted, cold food, and incorrect drinks.

Great food. Provs to the chef. Did the lobster right. Our server Mark is the man. On the spot with everything and very attentive. When I visit Philadelphia again it will be one of my first stops.

I love red lobster! It was my first time going there in December and it was amazing. The fish was really good and well cooked. The appetizers are delicious such as the mushrooms and the garlic rolls are the best! I’m so happy that I went there and the waitress was really nice!

Do not eat at this restaurant. The tilapia parmesan I ordered was delivered grey, chewy and raw. The cheesecake dessert arrived naked without any strawberries or drizzled sauce. I have not returned a dish to the kitchen all year, except today, when I returned two at this restaurant. Spare yourself the disappointment. Find another location to dine at. The cooks don’t know what they’re doing.

Had a hankering for crab so thought I would give this place a shot. Premium prices for ‘god knows how long’ frozen crab legs. I had the snow crab which was way too salty and king crab. Every couple of bites was rewarded(not) with the off taste of crab gone bad. $ 40 for less than a dozen crab legs(snow crab and King crab mix). Left feeling not so good with the amount of salt I ingested. I eat a lot of crab. This was among the lesser experiences I’ve had eating crab.

I have nothing bad to say about this location. I have been twice. My service was fast both times, and my server was polite as well. I never had to wait long to be seated, and there is plenty of parking in their own private lot. I appreciated the TV’s on the wall near the bar for viewing sports. that’s always a plus.

Such a great vibe in here! Plenty of space, friendly staff and well priced food. You can’t go wrong with their lunch specials! I had the flounder and baked potato Lynch, woah! Flounder was loaded with flavor, potato was huge and the sour cream was wonderful!

Ate out with family. Son had craving for crab legs and saw ads for crab fest. Figured if they’re selling a lot, they won’t be old. Haven’t eaten at a Red Lobster in 10 years or more. My experience was good. Looked at other reviews and negative comments-most related to poor service or inexperienced servers. I didn’t have that. Place was busy but not crazy busy. Server was Nate and others also brought items to table. Server clearly was experienced. Food was very good and we ordered a variety of things. One mistake which was quickly corrected. I can see how things could get out of hand. Very large menu. Lots of items, probably too many which can slow kitchen down. Lot of tables and large parties came in when we were there. These can be a challenge and highly rated, little boutique places generally can’t handle lots of large groups but they come to places like Red Lobster. I know many don’t like Chains but my experience tonight was good. Hands on, competent manage is the key to these chains so assume the manager was doing a good job tonight. I also look at other diners to see if most appear happy or pissed off. Everyone looked OK.

Red Lobster restaurants tend to be OK, but this one was less OK than others, with a service culture that could use an upgrade.

I am not embarrassed to say that I LOVE Red Lobster! Shrimp and crab are my favorite foods and this place makes them good at a very reasonable price. The cheddar biscuits are to die for, and anyone who thinks otherwise is ridculous. Obviously it’s not the classiest establishment and it’s a chain so you can expect some things to be not as good. Come when the have a special like crabfest or festival of shrimp or capsize on the four course feast(yes it’s way too much food for one person but worth the price and you always have leftovers!). Finally, do yourself a favor and get the multilayer chocolate fudge cake with ice cream even if you’re already full, you won’t regret it!

I will forever love Red Lobster for drinks and biscuits. When I say FOREVER, I mean FOREVEREVER! I use to love when they have shrimp fest but I am slowly turning into a snob and hating chain restaurants(slow on the snob but I do presently hate chain food). I don’t go to chains unless my family forced me to go and in this case, my sister needed me to go with her and the kids since her hubby had other plans. Nonetheless, good time with the fam, waiter was cute but service was disorganized and slow. I guess we can’t have it all! =p

I used to think that I couldn’t really justify any more than 3 stars for a retail chain restaurant. My last experience here proved me wrong. My boyfriend and I opted for the 4 course meal for $ 15.99 including unlimited cheddar bay biscuit, salad, entrée and dessert. The value, 5 stars that’s for sure. But the quality really wasn’t bad. 4 stars worth. Cheddar bay biscuits are like crack, they’re to die for. Salad was standard, caesar or house salad. I had gotten the tilapia which was just okay maybe 3 stars. Well seasoned, but you can tell the fish was frozen. Lastly the dessert I got the caramel cheesecake which wasn’t bad — similar to what you can get at Costco which imo is really not that bad. My server was relatively attentive, but when it came to the check she took a bit too long. I got the margarita, I forget the name of it. But they advertise it as their«giant» margarita. And yes, it is giant. You can taste the tequila, and it was only $ 8.75. What a steal. About to start getting drunk at red lobster while eating their cheddar biscuits! :p
