We visited a bunch of furniture stores over 2 days. The salesman at this Springfield Raymour & Flanigan store was clearly the best and most professional out of everyone we dealt with. His name is Wes Shank. Very personable fellow. He made it fun for us. And he clearly knows what he’s doing.
So if you plan on visiting this particular store, this is the guy to ask for when you walk in. I have no doubt you will be well-​served.

Great store, excellent service. I recently purchased the Beauty Rest Pierpont Pillow– Top Mattress set from R & F in Springfield. My salesperson, Heather, was professional, knowledgeable and confident, and was in no way pushy; the decision was mine to make. That’s the way a sale should be. Advice given from the professional, decision made by the customer.

It’s quite simple.
Selection of furniture is very good. The price for what we were looking for was reasonable to us. The salesman we dealt with was a nice guy and gave us all the time we needed to decide. That part went well.
But… When the wrong color couch showed up last weekend when it was delivered, I had to send it back and get the right one delivered this weekend resulting in a one week delay.
They fixed the problem. I can’t ask for more than that.
I can’t give more than two stars for that. I’m sure the experience will be fine for you as long as they don’t screw up. Just make sure to double check your order before leaving.

Great selection, fair prices. My sales associate, Michael, was amazing. Completely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I walked in the door knowing what I wanted (one of the cheapest sofas they carry– hey, I have three big fuzzy dogs that are climbing all over my furniture; be it cheap or expensive it’s going to be destroyed). Michael didn’t try to push me into something more expensive (I would have left if he had), and then when I asked about beds as an afterthought he was very helpful and informative. The parking lot sucks (it’s a one way, which I hate). And, to go pay you have to go to a payment counter… that doesn’t make much sense to me. Like, why can’t my sales associate take payment at the computer h he sets up the order at? But, overall wonderful experience. Go ask for Michael– you won’t be disappointed!

I purchased furniture for my Living Room, Dining Room and Family Room, even purchased the Platinum Protection Plan. My recliner is only 2 years old and it no longer closes tightly The chair appears to be in a reclining position even when it’s not. Raymour told me this is normal wear and tear. I will never purchase anything from there again.

furniture is good, nice selection. pricing is ok. probably could do better with some shopping around. watch out for sales people trying to push opening line of credit in your name (even when paying in full). more importantly — DELIVERY SERVICE NEEDS WORK. They promise a delivery window, then don’t make it. then miss even calling to notify of when expected. Delivery people themselves are good.
Happy with the items we did purchase from the the clearance area as well as the custom natuzzi leather piece.
