Today our car refused to start so we called Premier towing to get a lift. The guy on the phone was very rude and acted like we were completely inconveniencing him. After reading so many negative reviews about this company on the Internet we decided not to go with them. This place needs to learn how to do their own job!

Worst towing experience in history! Took driver litterally 3 hours to show up. This driver refused to speak other than to ask if I had a flat. When I said yes rear passenger tire he tried to push my truck out of the driveway. When that didn’t work, he proceeded to start and DRIVE MY TRUCK ON THE RIM out of the driveway and down the street!!! When asked what he was doing, and I stated that he was going to ruin the rim. He proceeded to his truck and drove off! Leaving my truck in the middle of the road. I am still in shock. Had to call another company to clean up their mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
