Pizza Hut of Nixa

We tried this Pizza Hut again and it was much better. They have new staff that was very friendly and helpful. The pizza was hot and the bar was clean and stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the improvements.

Pizza was normal everyday Pizza Hut pizza. The waitress was some thing else entirely. She liked to hover her me well inside my personal space. The only person she would refill drinks for was the one single adult male. When I grew weary of waiting for a drink refill for myself and my children I took the cups to the counter. She was rude about my being up and insisted would bring the drinks to us. Upon bringing us the drinks back she very unabashedly kicked then stepped on my bag, even looked at it before kicking it a third time. She had been a part of a conversation where I was very clear my children were not supposed to have sugar and in their refills we found sprite in their cups. Upon time to leave she brought a lid for my marinara and came about an inch from my face from behind and almost hit me trying to fling it on the table. My husband felt bullied into tipping her because even tho she wasn’t the one checking us out she stood at the counter glaring at him

Really struggled with service and cleanliness. We went in on a sat at noon and it seemed like there were only 3 staff working. A big guy I think it was James was working like crazy but the other two were moving in slow motion. He was bussing tables bringing out pizzas and checking people out. At the end when I paid two managers came out of the back area. Where were these guys when it was busy and everyone was getting bad service? The floor was a mess and there quite a few tables to clean! Pizza was ok but salad bar was a mess. We will go to the store in Ozark or south Campbell in the future!
