Pella Springfield did a wonderful job installing a sliding door for my 83 year old mother. The door is exactly what she wanted and James Mara did the installation (contracted by Pella). Mr Mara did a fabulous clean neat professional job. Could not be happier. Thank you Pella.

During installation of a large front bay window, they carelessly crushed the alarm system wires. It took multiple visits from the alarm company to figure out what had happened, and then there was no alternative but to rewire part of the system, at a cost to us of several hundred dollars. Complaints to Pella met first with denials that they had caused the problem. Eventually they acknowledged that it was their fault, but they were entirely unwilling to take make even the least offer of even partial reimbursement for repairs.
Their post-​installation evaluation survey notes that «We realize you have many choices in window and door products…» Given that reality (Andersen or Marvin, e.g.), we would never, ever again buy Pella windows or do business with Pella Windows & Doors of Springfield.
