Horrible customer service! From employees and manager! If you don’t like your job then get a new one, that’s not in customer service!!! Very disappointing, rude people! Will not be going back!!!

I’ve been going here for over 30 years. It used to be excellent. The customer service is still good but the quality has rapidly gone down hill. For the price you pay you expect consistency. It is hit or miss my pizzas have either been doughy or burnt. Delivery time has been ridiculous. Much better when you go in and sit down. Very kid friendly.

The best Pizza in the State. Have been going there for almost 40 years. You will not find a better Pizza anywhere. The General Manager Willie is a pretty cool dude too. The staff is very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for birthday parties and such.

I love this place. It’s spendy but its worth it. Their lunch buffet is a great deal. Even better if you go on the day they send out a text message with the buffet on sale.

Why is their black burnt crud all over my pizza?! WHY?! If someone could clean the pizza oven that’d be great! I don’t enjoy things burnt onto the oven and then falling on my pizza while they cook!

Gross. The play area smells of you know what and you can actually see the black polka dotted filth on the pads of the big kid ball pit. If you can stomach all that and still find the strength to eat you won’t be much more impressed. I truly do like their pizza but this location’s play area is just disgusting so it makes me weary of the food, so if I ever go to Papa’s Pizza I choose a different location.

I ate here while visiting some friends who live in Springfield. They said that in their year in this town, they’ve found that Papa’s is the best local pizza. Now, I wouldn’t say Papa’s is bad, because it most certainly is not. The food was quite good, just terribly over priced. I’m sure there’s a better local option for cheaper.

Would like to say I am overly unhappy with tonight service ! I did a online order at 6:06PM got a email confirming the pizza should be here by 7:22PM Not bad but slightly longer wait than other pizza places but they are slightly further from my house. I was willing to wait for the pizza, 7:39 comes around NOPIZZA called a handful of times with the line remained BUSY! Last try the phone rings and the young sounding lady on the other the end of the line, explained that the online order just gives a estimited time and they aren’t going to get my pizza to me for another HOUR an HALF too TWOHOURS. Unacceptable, If your not able to get the pizza here by the time you give, call me first off! Second I shouldn’t have to wait that long for a pizza, I wanted it here hours ago. So I canceled the order and called Papa Johns who will get it here within 30MINS or Less ! For real !! Very Very UNHAPPY!

Ok, we’ve gone back and Papa’s Pizza redeemed themselves. Perhaps the last time I was there they were having an off-night. lol In any case, the pizza was good again.

Meh, pizza was ok, salad bar was ordinary. Kids play area is self contained but it smells like dust and is old. The biggest problem is the cost… I could go to pizza hut for half the price and twice the taste

Papa’ Pizza is one of the few places where you can go for good food and can send your kids off to play — just for some peace and quiet or to visit with friends/family. By far, Papa’s Pizza has the best Taco Pizza. Our family also enjoys the unique flavor and zing of the Mt Bachelor. Sign up for text and get specials as well as weekly deals like $ 5.95 lunch buffet. Can get crazy when crowded but the kids always have fun. Our favorite spots are the Coburg Rd(Eugene) and the Corvallis locations.

Last Saturday we found ourselves in the«other» home of The Simpsons — SPRINGFIELD… Oregon! While I didn’t see Professor Frink, Comic Book Guy, or Disco Stu, I think I may have seen Cletus the slack-jawed yokel! Actually, Papa’s pizza place seemed to be the perfect place for The Simpsons — they had video games(including«Cruisin’» and some shoot-em-up games) for Bart, an indoor playground w/ball pit to dump Maggie in, a salad bar for Lisa, an old timey pipe organ for some lovely music for Marge to enjoy, and plenty of beer for Homer… sadly, no Duff though. I firmly believe that every suburban town in the country has a pizza parlor like Papa’s. Old fashioned 70’s era wood décor, indoor/outdoor carpeting abounds, banquet room for parties, video game alcove, post little league/pee wee football/soccer practice(or in our case junior roller derby) kids running amok, adults relaxing with fine alcoholic beverages, waiting patiently for that most cost-effective and crowd pleasing of meals — pizza. Speaking of pizza, Papa’s is good… very good. In fact, I’d say this goes right up there in the mix as one of the top 5 pies I’ve had anywhere in Oregon. It’s an old skool, slightly thicker crust, but not deep dish or pan style(e.g. exactly how I like it). I had a pepperoni and garlic«mini»($ 5.50 with up to 5 toppings!), just about the right size for a light lunch(I would have stepped up to a small but didn’t want to ferry any possible leftovers on the 110+ mile drive home). They were pimping their new«family style rotini pastas», which seem to be the semi-trendy new thing for pizza joints. I dunno, I rarely order pizza at an upscale Italian restaurant, so I’m not sure if lowbrow pizza places should venture into pasta dishes — but what ev’. My Lady got a «one-time-through» salad bar(like $ 3, or $ 5.50 for«all-you-can-eat»), and thought the choices were good and fresh, but rather limited — also the plate was barely bigger than the size of a CD. You order food at the counter and get a number, then slide to the right to order beverages, and grab a seat. They announce when orders are up on the PA, but depending on where you sit it can be hard to hear. To make it even easier, they have an old fashioned bingo-style light board with all the numbers above the counter. I think the kitchen might have messed up my pie or put the order in wrong because lots of people who ordered after me got their orders first, but I had a delicious bomber of Ninkasi’s Spring Reign to keep me occupied — they also had about 6 – 10 beers on tap(of course available in pitchers), and a few other bottles, so there was PLENTY of beer options to accompany your pizza — no full bar though(hey, it IS a family joint). I would definitely return to Papa’s Pizza if it were located here in Portland, but likely won’t be back in Springfield any time soon unless Lionel Hutz wants to hire me at his firm!

I love this place. I was first introduced to Papa’s Pizza when I was 5 years old and went for a friend’s birthday. Their pizza is fantastic. Somehow they make the bottom of the crust crispy while the middle is airy, fluffy and delicious! Also, It is a very kid friendly place with a huge play room with towers and a ballpit. What kid doesn’t like a ball pit! I tried to jump in last time I was there, but they wouldnt let me in
