Food was great! I had the create your own thin crust with chicken, sausage, and spinach. Hubby had the Italian grinder pizza. My daughter had the create your own Mac n Cheese, and lastly my son had the kids Mac n Cheese. That being said everyone’s meal but my sons was wrong. My hubby wanted Chicago thick crust but he got the thin crust. I ordered andouille sausage but got regular Italian sausage, and my daughter received a pesto chicken pasta dish. They replaced my daughters meal and gave us the wrong pasta dish to take home. My husband and I did not complain as we already had to sending dish back. I think the server was having a hard time hearing us, she had to get close to each of us as we ordered, so that could be the problem. I might try again since the food was good, and it was hard to pick as the whole menu looked amazing!

Ever want to eat at a restaurant and be ripped off and be priced deceptively? I ordered the pizza and salad bar because it looked like a good deal (8.49). However, the salad wasn’t part of the pizza bar itself. You were brought 1 plate of salad, and you went up and got the pizza yourself. Alright. Would have just preferred to have unlimited access to salads as well, but okay.
I received my bill and it was subtotal (9.49). I went and got the menu and double checked the price. 8.49. I called them out on it, and they told me that oh, it’s 9.49 on weekends, but we never got around to updating the menu. Well thank you for letting me know ahead of time… oh wait.
Not only did I not get what I paid for (unlimited salad and pizza), I paid more for it. Unprofessional. Wonder what else on the menu is wrong and how many others they’ve swindled. Check your receipts.

We called ahead to see if they would put the Cubs game on if we showed up. The person we spoke to said «absolutely, no problem». We showed up and they refused to put the game on even after speaking to the manager. This place cares 0% about what their customers want.

What isn’t to like about Italian nachos and a Chicago style supreme pizza!?! Try the pepperoni rolls too, especially if you aren’t in the mood for an entire pizza! If you are in the mood for a salad, the Mediterranean is very good. I’d ask for dressing on the side if you don’t like it to be completely covered.

So first time here and get sat next to the kitchen. My complaint with that is, there was hardly anyone in the place. Service wasn’t the best and I could see our waitress standing around in the back. I got the Reuben sandwich. It was okay, it was my first time trying one. However we ordered the fried spicy pickles as an appetizer and they were burnt and gross. Overall doubtful we will come back.

Not impressed! We order the buffet to save on waiting time for food but you could tell the pizza was sitting a while and had very limited choices in toppings offered. The services was good and staff was friendly but food was not what I expected!

Knew I was making a mistake when I ordered the chicken pesto macaroni. They used to have a wider variety of menu items (pastas, fish and chips, etc). Pretty disappointed

Servers are friendly and make sure that you have everything you need. Came in for some Monday night football walked into the bar and sat down and was immediately greeted. Ordered some mozzarella sticks which were amazing and cheesy also ordered a mixed drink which was delicious and a Hawaiian pizza which was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend this place for some good pizza.

I love this place, I have never had a poor meal, drink, or server. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is because the desserts have been lacking the 2 times I have ordered them. Such a dissapointing way to end a great meal!

Giving them an additional star to balance out the vocal minority. I didn’t see a single upset person while I was here at around 3:00 and lots of happy full people.
Is it real Chicago deep dish? No. But it’s tasty and the drink specials were great. Service was pleasant and my food was served to me promptly.
Also apparently if you arrive before 7:00 you’ll run into some sort of special. Either their lunch specials and buffet (these before 3:00) or their «after work» specials, and happy hour deals (3 – 7).

Love this place its worth the 30 min drive but my waiter sucked bad chip on his shoulder must be having a bad day but that’s not my problem I’ll try and make the best of my visit I’m a give it 3 stars because the waiter made my visit very uncomfortable!!!

I am extremely upset. I ordered a Build-​Your-​Own calzone for a friend and I with Basil and 2 servings of broccoli. The calzone was supposed to come with 3 types of cheese ALREADY. How could the cook screw up my calzone? He should have simply included the cheese. My order was placed at 11:40 PM, and I think that the cook did not care what he gave me at all: the calzone was FLAT in comparison to another friend who order a menu item calzone. We had NO CHEESE and no basil… basically the calzone tasted like watery spinach. I was not able to tell the server about this order because it was TAKE OUT, and they closed as soon as our food was made. I paid $ 13.00 for this. This restaurant clearly does not live up to my expectations.
They gave me some voucher for a free meal, but I was only driving through. I wouldn’t drive through 3 states just to taste that food again. What a joke!

We went back last night. It was again VERY BUSY! however this time they were on the ball. From appetizers (we got them this time) to dessert, it was a 5 star visit. I had to again ask for the manager to thank them for stepping up and correcting their errors from our previous visit.

This chain has the best Calzone you can get anywhere. The bread is perfect and it is loaded with your choice of fillings. The crazy amount of beers they have is another huge plus.
Only reason this place isn’t a 5 star is because of the extremely, ridiculously slow service.

Great service. We had an awesome server who was very nice and answered any questions we had. This was my first time here but my bf has been to an Old Chicago before. He likes the beer tours. Pizza isn’t to die for but definitely a place to try when you get tired of delivery pizza.
