Very poor customer service! I went instore to look for a laptop, and an associate helped me look through their limited instore selection. They did not have what I needed, so I ended up having to order the laptop online at which is where the sales associate referred me. When I needed to return the item the store would not accept the gift as a return. After calling 1800-Go-Depot, the customer service told me the laptop was NOT returnable!(Even in unopened and perfect condition with receipt!) Even though this is what the store and online policy states: «Holiday Returns: Any item purchased between October 1st and December 24th can be returned until January 14th, or as the policy allows(whichever is later).» Hence, «Any ITEM… can be returned» I called 1800Go-depot was told that the resolutions department would have to individually review the conditions of my return, which would be done within 4 business hours. By the next day, still no «approval» to return my item!

Quiet, well stocked store. Very professional and nice employees who actually ask you if you need help. They didn’t even get upset when I saw someone in the store I hadn’t seen in months and I ran off in the middle of them ringing me up. Instead they let us chat while they continued my checkout. After I paid, they began her transaction. No drama. Bonus: when you drop off a package to return via UPS they give you a receipt, unlike Staples on 322, where they don’t even acknowledge your presence. I know office supply stores charge a lot more but sometimes you need a brick and mortar store. I’d choose this one.

DONOT order anything from this place unless you want to wait almost a month to receive your small item or staffs always making excuse for their own mistake!!! The staffs is very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and LAZYYY!!! ALL their STAFFS here called themselves a MANAGER when they are NOT. Because their name tag doesn’t say it!!! Getting refund is NOTWORTH It!!! Filing complaint about the staffs to the corporate or to the district manager is NOTWORTHIT because they don’t do anything about it!!! They need to bring someone out here to retrain the staff with better customer service skills. DON’T WASTEYOURTIMEANDHEADACHECOMINGHERE! Stick to STAPLES or OFFICEMAX!!! Have a fabulous day!!!

Very well stocked stand-alone store, with virtually everything for the home office or the working environment. It would richly garner four stars in my book had it not been for the fact that I felt alone in the place, and just like the previous review, once I finally was able to find an attendant, I finally got the help I needed with the ink toners for my HP printer.
