They have a great selection. Their prices are better than most thrift stores in the area. The new location is a big improvement.

I want to give this store more stars due to the charitable mission, but I just can’t. My husband says I am in love with Missouri Council of the Blind thrift store (aka New Image Thrift Store) because I always want to stop in, but honestly 80% of the time I don’t find a single thing I want. It is the other 20% when I find a great book for 67 cents or $ 2 top, or better yet the cute boots in great condition for $ 3.99 and then it turns out to be a half-​off sale so I pay $ 2…those times make this place worth the stop! They take credit and debit cards which from the look of this place (somewhat rough) I would not have expected. Their furniture selection is not so good and the housewares tend toward the filthy or overpriced. It is definitely not for the faint of heart but more for serious junk hunters who don’t mind digging in.
