I had some issues with my furnace the day before Thanksgiving. I called and left messages for several companies. Mike Williams was the first (and quickest) company to follow-​up on my call. They had a technician available in 45 minutes. The technician was prompt and professional. He diagnosed the situation and guided me through my options for addressing the issue. I’m quite sure I paid WAY more than I would have with most other companies. But, the quick response and resolution of the issue the day before a major holiday was worth the extra money. I probably won’t have them do any «routine» work for me because of the exorbitant cost.
