Went in to find a gift for my wife and ended up having them order it for me and the man I’m pretty sure is the owner quotes me «about a week». At week two not very happy about how long the process is taking, I go in and ask the girl what the deal and says she doesn’t know anything and doesn’t know how to look it up either and then tells me it actually takes one to three weeks for orders come in.
So after leaving to mull this information over I come back to have the owner to call me about the situation but he’s already there. So I ask him about the situation and he then proceeds to tell me it ACTUALLY takes TWO TO FOUR WEEKS for orders to come in!!!
He then tells me that it should be in the shipment that would come later that day and to come back in a couple hours. When I get there he tells me not only is it not there but it will take ANOTHER two weeks for it to get there and «I’m sorry the only thing you got from our conversation is that it would be about a week but it is never possible to get things shipped in that amount of time». That’s the only thing I got from the conversation we had is because that’s the only thing you said. I will never step foot into this shop ever again and I will happily drive out of town to get what might be here.
